Andrew Halfacre works with managers and teams who wish they were more effective. Business

He has over 18 years successful experience in business management. He worked in the utility industry during the change from public to private ownership, leading two significant integration projects following major acquisitions. His work as a coach and trainer is supported by experience “at the coal face” managing teams, running cross-functional projects and making direct marketing pay.

Andrew is the author of a number of e-books and management guides, including First, Know What You Want & Rigger - The Team Construction Game.

He holds an Masters in Business Administration and is a Licensed Trainer of NLP. He brings to coaching a full understanding of a number of key individual and organisational models including MBTI.

He is a senior coaching associate with Brefi Group and contributor to two popular blogs that provide an outlet for his active personal development programme. He works with one of the UK’s premier outplacement companies, Drake Beam Morin, where he provides direct coaching to clients who are looking to change direction.

Andrew is married with three daughters and lives in Essex, UK
